You may return your items for a refund given you meet our returns policy within 15 days from the date of delivery. We reserve the right to deny any returns that are made after this period. Items that are eligible for return must be unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered and undamaged with tags attached. Any garments returned to us with makeup, markings, stains or scents will not be accepted.
You are welcome to exchange your sale item within 15 days from the date of delivery for a different size only. Customers are required to cover any relevant shipping costs associated with the exchange of a sale item.
Items purchased during any sales such as Hijab Sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Eid Sales, Clearance Events or any applicable sales are non-returnable and considered final sale. Any items marked Final Sale will not be approved for returns. We do not offer price match adjustments, returns, credits or exchanges for items that went on sale after your purchase date.
A refund will be issued on items that have a manufacturing default upon delivery. If you suspect a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org within 2 days of receiving your order to address the nature of the fault. We'll be more than happy to rectify this for you. If we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item, you will be refunded for the total of your purchase amount.
Refund can only be done for items that were incorrectly send by Haya & manufacturing defects only.
All other purchase are final.
We do not provide international returns or refund.

If you wish to return any full priced items for an exchange or return, you can do so by contacting us please include the following information;
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name, & Reason for exchange or return.
Please ensure you meet all of the returns policy requirements before initiating a return. Returns that do not meet our returns policy requirements may be denied.
We do suggest using a trackable service as we are not held liable for parcels that are lost en route back to us. If your return request is approved, you must ship back the items within 5 business days. Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm your refund.
Due to high volume shipments, once you place your order, we cannot alter, add or remove anything to/from your order. No cancellation and refund is only for manufacturing & operation (team haya) defects.
Haya will not be held liable for any damage which has been caused to your garments by a third-party dry-cleaning company. We don't offer any price adjustments under any circumstances.
Haya reserves the right to deny an exchange, store credit or refund if the garment does not meet our returns policy requirements once assessed. If a returned item is denied, the goods will be returned to the customer.
