Personal information we collect

We use the information to customize our services and plan product development, so that we can provide you with relevant consumer information and notify you of products and special offers that may be of interest to you. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When you sign up to our e-newsletter, create an account or enter a competition through our website, social media channels or in our stores, you may be required to provide information to satisfy the entry conditions. Entry constitutes entrants' consent to their personal information to be used by Haya for compiling its customer database and for marketing purposes.
We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive promotional information from us, please let us know by clicking on the “unsubscribe from this list" link/ “update subscription preferences” link at the bottom of any of our e-newsletter communications, or by signing into your account and managing the level of communication which you want to receive from us. If you receive promotion material and do not wish to receive it, you can also contact us to request to be removed from promotional communications.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.

Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.

Do not track
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
